At Sun Home Saunas, we want you to feel as confident in your apparel as you do in your wellness journey. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted and processed quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
